How to reset microchip pet feeder? ›

Reset the feeder to factory settings, holding down the Add Pet ( ) button for 10 seconds (until the light starts alternating red / green and the lid opens and closes).

Feed Now Not Working/Jammed

Clean the feeder. Replace the batteries with four, new D-cell alkaline batteries. Important: Use only alkaline batteries in the feeder. Press the sleep button on the back of the feeder to resume the programmed feedings.

If the router or internet is not working, try resetting the router or contact your internet provider. Power cycle the feeder by turning off the power switch. Wait 10 seconds and turn the power switch back on. Check for other devices near the feeder that use the internet or other wireless signals (such as a microwave).

Blue Blinking Fast Feeder is trying to connect to Wi-Fi or is offline. Blue Solid Feeder is connected to Wi-Fi with internet and fully operational. White Blinking Reboot mode which triggers the feeder to attempt to reconnect to your Wi-Fi without losing the programmed settings.

Microchips in dogs cannot be "reset" like electronic devices. If there's a need to update information associated with the microchip, such as change of ownership or contact details, you should contact the microchip registry directly to make the necessary updates.

If your feeder has a flashing light indicating that it is offline, the feeder will continue to feed as previously scheduled if it has power. Verify home internet is working. If other wireless devices have also lost connection, consider resetting your router and/or contacting your internet service provider.
