Sparkling Pomegranate Mimosas
Giggle Juice! (insert weird red dress dancing lady emoji)
I haven’t always been a Sparkling Wine drinker, or a Mimosa drinker for that matter. Usually it gives me a headache, but at least the bubbles make me feel “happy” while I’m drinking it. Cuz … a drink with bubbles .. YES!
But back in March when we went to Napa Valley, my friend Marsais convinced me to try out this place called Domain Chandon, they are KNOWN for their bubbly. And she LOVES bubbly!
Not only was the atmosphere absolutely gorgeous with huge trees that shaded cute white umbrellas (you can check out some of the pictures here), but it started to open me up towards Sparkling Wine. In fact, we ended up leaving with a bottle of their Sparkling Rose! So delicious!
Can I ask you guys a question? Do you like when I do cocktail recipes? I don’t have a lot of them on my site, but usually when I post one it gets a good response. Help me out. If you don’t want to see them very often let me know. Mkay! 🙂
Ok, but for now we are gonna dive right into this Sparkling Pomegranate Mimosa!
How to Make This Easy Holiday Cocktail
This is basically the easiest drink you’ll ever make. No shaking, no muddling, no stirring. Just pour everything into a flute and you’re good to go!
This drink is a must for the Holiday season.
For one, it is absolutely gorgeous and just looks fancy. I mean it even has green and red colors for Christmas … it’s like it’s meant for you!
And two, it has bubbly, which is cause for celebration – and bubbles just make people happy! 🙂
The pomegranate juice adds a nice tart addition and personally I love the occasional pomegranate seed!
So here’s cheers to tasty cocktail recipes that take ZERO time to make and can be enjoyed for hours!
Happy Wednesday, I hope this gets you through the rest of the week!
Stay thirsty my friends and bottoms up!

Hi! I know I’m late to this party, but this looks amazing. I was wanting to make a non-alcoholic version of this. Would it be okay to swap the champagne for sparkling grape juice, or would that be too sweet?
Thanks!

This is such a pretty looking drink and would love to serve this at a ladies brunch. Can a sparkling grape juice be substituted for the alcohol?

Sure, I’m sure it could! I would use the white sparkling though.
