Great Meal Prep Tips and Delicious Recipes
This is not just another cookbook.The beginning of each chapter has directions for multiple ways to batch cook a primary ingredient such as chicken, beef, pork, rice, or beans to use in recipes in the future. Then there are 20 different recipes in each chapter for using the batch cooked ingredient.Includes chapter on making pantry staples such as spice mix, salad dressings, sauces, and broths.The recipes that I have tried are delicious and my family has loved them! The recipes use common ingredients - no weird or expensive ingredients. If you batch cook the primary ingredients in advance the recipes are very quick to make, but you can use the recipes even if you didn't do the batch cooking - they'll just take a little longer.Worth the price just for all of the batch cooking directions in one book.
