I got an Instant Pot for Christmas. The first time I used it I almost blew up my kitchen because I was too excited and didn’t READ about the release valve. Lesson learned and fast forward to now. I love this appliance. Dinner is made so much faster and the ideas are endless. We love this Instant Pot Cheesy Goulash Recipe. My kids devoured it in no time.
It is super easy to make, my kids even help. Guaranteed to have no leftovers.

I haven’t actually ever made goulash, and this sounds like a great recipe to try. I think even my kids would like this one! I’ll save your recipe and give it a try for one of these nights we have sports practices.

This recipe reminds me of a dish my Nana used to make all the time when I was younger. It was exactly the same (just without the cheese)

I really want an instapot so that I can ditch my crockpot. This goulash looks so good and my youngest would LOVE it. His favorite food is spaghetti or any pasta with red sauce.

I use cream of mushroom soup in mine. I am new at ip cooking and haven’t done any experimenting. Do you think I should add more liquid to offset the thick soup?

I made this last night and even the pickiest of kids loved it! I used only 1lb of meat because 2 seemed too meaty. Also, I used a bigger spiral pasta, but I got a “burn” error message. Next time I’ll use the elbow as the recipe states. Thanks for posting this delish recipe that I don’t have to tweak too much for my liking!
