Just for everyone's info, we can reissue a bill in the original format.
So if a bill was issued via email, we would reissue it the same way. If it was a paper statement, it would be sent again as paper.
To get a paper statement, customers need to do a subject access request which take up to 28 days.
The best way to get a paper statement is to print it out via the links provided above.
